About the Founder
The visionary behind W.I.N (Woman In Nursing) Care Homes LLC began her healthcare journey in 2011, building a robust foundation that progressed from a Certified Nursing Assistant to a Registered Nurse. This evolution allowed her to master the complexities of resident care across diverse settings, including long-term nursing, pediatrics, and intensive rehabilitation for traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Her hands-on experience in Michigan’s premier healthcare agencies provides her with an intimate understanding of the physical and emotional support required for residents to truly thrive rather than just reside.
W.I.N Care Homes was established to serve a wide-reaching community, including seniors requiring daily assistance, veterans seeking respectful housing, and individuals navigating reentry or mental health challenges. What distinguishes this facility is its "nursepreneur" approach: combining high-level clinical oversight with a heart for community advocacy.
